I am sure that we all feel that words fail us to express our emotions, ideas and feelings. We don’t know how to express ourselves. Sometimes we know that something is right or wrong but we cannot put a finger on it and explain it. Then you read or hear somebody explaining it and then it clicks and you hear saying it to yourselves…”Aha”…. and you can feel all of the dots in your mind get connected.

I had such an experience while reading this article blog entry by Murali. All along in the back of my mind I know that our value systems are opportunistic but my exposure to the teachings taught me they are rigid. We’re constantly taught and bombarded with the message there are only good and the bad people but we’re never taught about Gray people, the people who change colors depending upon the situation that are in. The ironic thing is theGray people are in majority.

“Why do you want to be an enterpreneur?”This is one question that I would like to ask all enterpreneurs. I am sure the answers would be very interesting.

As for me, the simple answer is “to validate myself”. I want to see what I am capable of. The problem with the regular job is, you trade the control of your life/career for a steady financial income. There is nothing wrong with this. Life is all about comprimises. It is just after a while, you might feel that you want to be in control of your life/career and just want to see what you’re capable of. As much as it makes you feel good, as you think through it, the fear of failure drives you back to the status quo. Right now, I am in the process of negotiating with that fear.
